Each company's needs are different, and Melior understands this. That's why Melior offers custom-tailored support instead of broad, one-size-fits-all programs. And Melior is constantly refactoring the support it offers each XN customer to ensure that what it delivers is what the customer needs.

How it works

For custom support, Melior clients submit a support request to the Melior Support team, which in turn responds with a support proposal, a clear outline of the support to be provided, with an estimate of cost and a timeline for its delivery. Support commences upon client approval, and is billed on a strict time and material basis.
