For ongoing consulting, Melior clients have a powerful tool at their disposal: the Melior Support Center. Entering an issue there results in a rapid response from Melior Services to deliver a solution proposal, which is a clear outline of the work to be performed, with an estimate of cost and a timeline for its completion. Work commences upon client approval, and is billed on a strict time and material basis.
