Edward Cruz, who founded Melior Technologies in 1996 as an internet consultancy, has led the company since its inception in the areas of business development, finance, engineering, MIS, and corporate development, while also acting as an enterprise software consultant to large Fortune 500 companies such as Visa International and Levi Strauss as well as successful internet startups such as Cybersource, Inc.

Now focusing on the emerging web services arena, he has pioneered the development of the Extreme Networking platform, evolving Melior into a products and services based company that will help the enterprise unlock the potential of their systems using this next-generation networking technology.
